Reviving Musk Ox Flannel's product page

MuskOx is redefining Flannel shirts with durable, responsibly made clothing built for men. Whether outdoors or in everyday life. Focused on premium materials and timeless designs, MuskOx combines rugged functionality with refined comfort.

  • Challenge:
    MuskOx, a premium flannel brand, faced the challenge of an underperforming online store, missing out on potential sales every day. They knew there was unused potential but didn’t know where and how to begin.

    Solution:

    1. Deep Dive into Analytics:
      By watching and analyzing hours of user sessions, we identified high drop-off points and optimized the traffic flow. As with most stores, we found the greatest opportunity on the product page.


    2. Building the Strategy:
      With clear insights, we focused our next deep dive specifically on the product page. This ensured that our testing was based on data, not assumptions.


    3. Website Optimization:
      A Shopify audit uncovered minor technical issues that needed to be addressed before launching any tests.


    4. A/B Testing:
      Our first test featured a new, streamlined version of the top section of the product page. After running the test for a week, we achieved a 33.65% increase in conversion rate and a 14.34% uplift in revenue per visitor.


    Improvements of all our changes after 6 Months:

    • Product Page Conversion Rate: +187.78%


    • Product Page Revenue per Visitor: +150%


    • Average Order Value (AOV): +5%
